Tier 1: Standard Transactions

For the Agent:

  • Review and organize documentation, including purchase agreements, disclosures, and addendums.

  • Coordinate and schedule inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.

  • Ensure all necessary forms and documents are completed accurately and
    submitted on time.

  • Regularly communicate transaction updates to the agent and clients.

  • Assist in coordinating the closing process, including working with escrow and title companies.

For the Clients:

  • Provide reminders and timelines for important transaction milestones.

  • Answer general questions about the transaction process and paperwork.

  • Help facilitate communication between the clients and various parties involved in the transaction.

Tier 2: Complex Transactions

In addition to Tier 1 services, the transaction coordinator will also:

For the Agent:

  • Coordinate with lenders to ensure timely submission of loan documents and follow up on loan progress.

  • Handle additional paperwork related to contingencies, repairs, and negotiations.

  • Assist with resolving minor disputes or concerns that may arise during the transaction.

  • Draft amendments, drafting offers and collect signatures

  • Send weekly updates to agents

  • Facilitate communication between attorneys, financial advisors, and other specialized parties involved in the transaction.

  • Manage and track various transaction-related deadlines and requirements.

  • Work closely with high-net-worth clients and their advisors to ensure privacy and confidentiality

  • Coordinate with luxury service providers such as interior designers

For the Clients:

  • Assist with coordinating specialized inspections or assessments, such as environmental studies or feasibility assessments.

  • Provide detailed explanations of intricate legal and financial documents.

  • Schedule sign install and removal 

  • Provide more in-depth explanations of complex documents and contingencies.

  • Act as a point of contact for any transaction-related questions or concerns.
